How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, email us at scan@prakal.com.ng with Data Deletion Request as the subject line.
Please include the following details so we can identify your record:
- Your full name.
- Your phone number or email address used to contact us.
- The platform or service you used, such as Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, our website, or a booking portal.
- A short statement asking us to delete your personal data.
What Happens Next
After receiving your request, we will verify the information, process eligible deletion requests, and confirm when the request has been completed. Some records may need to be retained where required for healthcare, legal, regulatory, accounting, fraud prevention, or safety reasons.
